We prioritize player privacy. Aether:Arrow is designed to run offline-first. We do not require you to create a personal user account or provide personally identifiable information (such as your name, residential address, or phone number) to enjoy the Game.
A. Local Gameplay Data
All your core gameplay data—including level completion progress, high scores, coins, unlocked 3D arrow skins, and sound preferences—is stored locally on your device using secure local device storage (SharedPreferences).
B. In-App Purchase Data
If you purchase coin packs within the Game, all monetary transactions are processed directly and securely by the Google Play Store via the official Google Play Billing API. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, bank account info, or billing address.
C. Technical & Diagnostic Information
To ensure stability and performance, non-personal technical data may be processed automatically by standard Android framework APIs:
- Device hardware model and operating system version.
- Screen resolution, language settings, and system performance metrics.
- Crash logs and anonymized error stack traces (to help us fix bugs).
D. No Advertising Tracking
Aether:Arrow does NOT integrate any third-party advertising SDKs (such as AdMob or Unity Ads) and does NOT collect or track your Advertising ID (AAID).
2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & POLICY COMPLIANCE
The Game utilizes official, trusted Google Play services that comply strictly with Google Play Developer Policies:

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
The non-personal technical data and local game state are used solely to:
- Maintain and deliver offline 3D gameplay functionality.
- Save your level progress, coin balance, and custom skin selections.
- Safely process your requested in-app purchases.
- Identify and resolve technical bugs, crash reports, or performance bottlenecks.
4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA & GDPR-K COMPLIANCE)
We are fully committed to protecting the privacy of children:
- Aether:Arrow complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K).
- We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal data from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union).
- The Game contains no third-party behavioral ads or social network integrations.

A. Local Data Deletion:
Because gameplay progress is saved locally on your mobile device, you have full control over your data. You can delete all saved data at any time by:
- Clearing the App Cache and Data in your Android Device Settings (`Settings > Apps > Aether:Arrow > Storage > Clear Data`).
- Uninstalling the App from your device.
